- daily allowance
- family allowance
- accommodation allowance
- travel allowance.
These matters will be agreed upon when preparing the apprenticeship contract in the workplace.
Apprenticeship enhances the professional skills of the enterprise
When hiring a new employee, apprenticeship is a good option for the employer. Apprenticeship can be used for developing the staffʼs competence or for training staff members for new tasks.
A training compensation is paid to the employer. The amount of compensation varies according to the training needs. The employer may contact an Employment and Economic Development Office and apply for pay subsidy for hiring a person who is unemployed or an employee threatened by unemployment.
