A training agreement is prepared in writing for each student. The agreement is concluded between the provider of education and the workplace. In accordance with the agreement
- the student completes part of the qualification, or a smaller module, on the job
- the student is not in an employment relationship
- no salary or other compensation shall be paid to the student.
The workplace instructor in charge shall be designated by the workplace and the supervising teacher by Sataedu.Together with the student, they will follow the student’s learning progress and the attainment of objectives.
Sataedu’s excellent cooperation network provides suitable jobs to choose from. Enterprises may offer a job directly to the student or to the field of study. Students may also independently seek a job for the purpose of on-the-job training.
