The project Blueprint for Health & Safety in the Construction Industry aims to develop an updated and comprehensive training framework to address new emerging needs on H&S related to energy efficiency and bio-based materials in the construction sector, especially with respect to new construction and insulation materials, technologies and individual processes, in order to ensure an adjusted and up-to-date implementation of health and safety standards (OSH) in line with the emergence of new risks.Blueprint for Health & Safety in Construction Industry proposal will be developed and implemented in 12 Member States. These countries are: France, Finland, Belgium, Ireland, Greece, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain. Organizations from these 12 countries already participating in the Blueprint for the Construction Industry/ All.Construction project, which will allow to establish synergies between activities and results of both projects.Project management is conducted by Fundación Laboral de la Construcció.

The main result of implementing the current project is that it carries out a deep analysis of the skill needs (current and anticipated) in terms of OHS for the European construction sector.
